Margaret and Cedric welcome you to Lakeside, a seven acre award winning nature conserve set in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.

Our picturesque tree lined, two acre spring fed lake dates back over 100 years.  This is what pleasure angling is all about; tranquil rural surroundings where you are guaranteed to catch a wide variety of species, not just carp.  The fishery is designed to appeal to all anglers, from specimen anglers through to those just wanting a peaceful day’s fishing. 

If you want a break from fishing there is an abundance of wildlife to sit and watch including ducks,  moorhens, wrens, wagtails, jackdaws,

magpies and kingfishers as well as the usual blackbirds, robins etc.  We also get visits from a sparrowhawk and a kestrel.

Lakeside is a fishery and campsite located about four miles east of Wragby and one mile west of Baumber.  We have a Lakeside cabin and also a 30ft static caravan overlooking the main  lake, which are available for rent.  We also have a camp site for caravans or tents, which we keep to a maximum of five.

There are numerous places of interest to visit, making Lakeside an ideal venue for a fishing  and sightseeing break.
